1. Contracting Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services from Peptides For Less LLC (“Peptides For Less,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our website https://peptidesforless.net or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Research Use Only & Regulatory Disclaimers

• Research Use Only. All products (the “Material”) are supplied solely for laboratory, research, or analytical purposes by qualified professionals. Material is not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.
• FDA Status. Statements on our site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Material is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Not a Pharmacy. Peptides For Less is not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A/503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

3. Eligibility, Age, & Account

• Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase.
• Competency. You represent you are trained and qualified to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully, and you will use appropriate facilities, gear, and protocols.
• Account Security. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Orders, Acceptance, & Availability

• Offer & Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to availability, suspected fraud, compliance risk, or pricing/description errors.
• No Resale Without Consent. Material is for your internal research only. You may not resell, repackage, relabel, export, or distribute Material to third parties without our prior written approval.
• Backorders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you; orders may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.

5. Pricing, Taxes, & Promotions

• Prices. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Taxes & Fees. You are responsible for applicable sales/use taxes and any carrier surcharges or address-correction fees.
• Promotions. Coupon codes and promotions are subject to separate rules and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Errors. We reserve the right to correct typographical or system errors (pricing or otherwise), and to cancel/refund erroneous orders.

6. Payment & Fraud Prevention

• Payment Due at Checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount and applicable taxes/fees.
• Chargebacks. Initiating unwarranted chargebacks may result in account closure and collection action. We may share evidence with the processor to contest improper chargebacks.
• Verification. We may request additional information to verify identity, eligibility, and compliance before fulfilling any order.

7. Shipping, Title, & Risk of Loss

• Cutoff. Orders received by 12 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day, however this is not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
• Title & Risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment is handed to the carrier. Without Route Package Protection, you assume all risk for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. Peptides For Less is not liable under any circumstances for carrier-related delivery issues once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
• Route Package Protection. At checkout, customers may add Route Shipping Protection, which provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If Route Protection is purchased, claims for replacement or reimbursement must be submitted directly through Route. You may file a claim here. If Route Protection is declined, you agree to self-insure your shipment and acknowledge that Peptides For Less cannot replace, refund, or credit orders affected by carrier issues.
• Inspection. Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours along with photos and your order number. If Route was purchased, please submit the claim through Route for the fastest resolution.
• Locations. We only ship to locations where it is legally permissible to receive our products.
• Delivery Times. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, operational issues, customs, or any unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns, Replacements, & Credits

• All Sales Final. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Replacements or credits are issued solely at our discretion and are provided less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
• Route Coverage Required. Transit-related damage, loss, or theft can only be covered if Route Protection was purchased at checkout. If you added Route, please file a claim here. Without Route, Peptides For Less cannot issue replacements, refunds, or credits for any carrier-related issue.

9. Product Information, COAs, & Handling

• Specifications. Product descriptions and imagery are for general reference and may vary based on lot or supplier improvements.
• COAs/MSDS. Certificates of Analysis and safety documents are provided when available and are supplied “as is.” You remain responsible for suitability and safe handling.
• Storage & Stability. You are responsible for proper storage, stability testing (if required), and compliance with local facility requirements.

10. Safety, Compliance, & Prohibited Uses

• Safety Program. You warrant you have adequate safety programs, PPE, and training in place for the Material you handle.
• No Human/Animal Use. Material must never be administered to humans or animals or used in foods, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.
• Prohibited Conduct. You may not misuse Material, violate laws or third-party rights, or use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

11. Export Controls & Geographic Restrictions

• Export. Material may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer Material in violation of applicable law.
• Sanctions. You represent you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any restricted party list.

12. Intellectual Property & Limited License

• Site IP. All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Peptides For Less and protected by law.
• Limited License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for purchasing and managing your research orders.
• Feedback. Any suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

13. Third-Party Tools & Links

• The Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party sites or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.

14. Electronic Communications & Notices

• You consent to receive communications electronically (email, SMS, or within your account). You agree that all agreements, notices, and receipts we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirements for “written” communications.

15. Warranty Disclaimers

• Material is provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and for research use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. You are solely responsible for determining suitability for your intended research.

16. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Peptides For Less be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Services or Material, regardless of theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Material giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptides For Less, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your misuse of Material or the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your negligence, misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Force Majeure

• We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, shortages, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemic, supply-chain disruptions, or carrier failures.

19. Governing Law, Venue, & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida for any dispute not otherwise resolved, and you waive objections to personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.

20. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted to the website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

21. Assignment, Entire Agreement, & Severability

• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, are the entire agreement between you and Peptides For Less and supersede prior understandings.
• Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
